Just a 15-minute drive from Luer Prince Residence, Bogn offers a unique landscape, often described as the “Little Thailand of Lake Iseo” because of its colors and unspoiled atmosphere.
Where to Park
To visit Bogn Bay, we recommend leaving your car at the paid parking lot on Via Gargarino in Riva di Solto. It’s the most convenient starting point for reaching the bay without any hassle and allows you to avoid areas where parking is restricted or prohibited during the summer.
A walk suitable for everyone
From the center of Riva di Solto, follow the old coastal road, which is now entirely pedestrian-only.
The trail is easy, almost entirely flat, and offers spectacular views of the lake. After passing through a picturesque tunnel carved into the rock, you suddenly find yourself facing the most iconic view of Lake Sebino: the high cliffs of the Orrido del Bogn reflected in the crystal-clear water.
It’s also a perfect walk for those who simply want to relax and enjoy the scenery without having to go on long hikes.
A dip in the waters of the Bogn
The bay is one of the most popular spots on Lake Iseo for swimming.
The water is exceptionally clear, and on summer days it takes on stunning shades of turquoise and emerald green. The rocks surrounding the bay create a truly unique setting, perfect for capturing unforgettable photos.
Please keep in mind that this is a natural environment: we recommend wearing water shoes and watching your step on the rocks, especially when they are wet.
The Lakeview Kiosk
Next to the bay is the Bogn Sunset, an ideal place to stop for a break during the day.

For hiking enthusiasts
Those who want to experience the Bogn from a different perspective can take the Bogn Discovery Trail.
The trail is a loop of about 4 km, with an average duration of about 2 hours and an elevation gain of about 300 meters. The trail winds through the woods and leads to spectacular viewpoints overlooking the Orrido.
This is a moderately difficult trail, with some steep sections and exposed spots: hiking boots are recommended, and the trail is not well-suited for young children or those who are afraid of heights.

To get the most out of your visit to Baia del Bogn, we recommend that you:
- arrive in the morning or late afternoon, avoiding the hottest part of the day;
- Bring a swimsuit, a towel, and rock-pool shoes;
- Always carry a bottle of water with you, especially if you choose the scenic trail;
- Stop by for an aperitif with a view of the lake at sunset.
